Shipping Time: Once your order has been carefully crafted, we ship it out. We're proud to offer shipping rates inclusive of duty charges for several major Western countries. Please refer to the below estimates for shipping timelines:

- Canada: 15-25 days
- UK: 10-12 days
- Australia: 12-15 days
- New Zealand: 12-15 days
- Europe: 20-25 days

Will I be charged duties and taxes?
For our customers in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, you won't have to worry about additional duties and taxes. We've taken care of it already! The pricing you see on our website is all-inclusive of any duties and shipping costs for these countries. However, for orders to the Middle-East, extra duty is payable by the buyer on actuals.

Do you deliver to US PO Boxes?
Currently, our shipping options are limited to physical addresses only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

How should I wash linen products?
At BlueFlowerCo, we take immense pride in the quality and durability of our 100% linen products. To help preserve their natural beauty and extend their lifespan, it's important to follow our recommended care instructions.
Linen, by nature, is a robust material that actually becomes softer and more beautiful with every wash. We recommend washing your linen items in cold or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle. To maintain the vibrant colors, avoid using bleach or detergents with optical brighteners. Instead, opt for a mild, liquid, biodegradable detergent.
While tumble drying is an option, we advise against it as it can over-dry the fibers and make ironing more difficult. A better alternative is to gently shake out the item after washing and lay it flat to dry. If you must tumble dry, be sure to remove the item while it's still slightly damp.
Lastly, always iron linen while it's still damp. Use a medium-hot iron on the steam setting - linen loves steam!

Are your products ethically and sustainably sourced?

Importantly, we ensure that the skilled artisans who create our products are paid fair wages. We value their craftsmanship and expertise, and provide them with regular training opportunities to further develop their skills.
That said, we are honest about our journey and the fact that we have some areas where we need to improve. For instance, we currently use polyester lining in our curtains. We're actively working on sourcing recycled polyester as a more sustainable alternative. Furthermore, while we strive to adhere to fair trade principles, we are not yet fair trade certified. But, rest assured, we are working towards obtaining this certification at the earliest possible opportunity.

How do I measure for the correct size of a linen product?
